Hi, I’m Dr. Lynnette, a certified HRDF trainer and a passionate Learning & Development specialist with over 20 years of experience helping people grow—not just in their roles, but in confidence, clarity, and purpose. For me, learning has never been a checkbox exercise. It should feel practical, meaningful, and energising, something that stays with you long after the session ends.
I was recently awarded my Doctor of Education (EdD) from the European International University – Paris under the VAE framework, a milestone that deepened my commitment to adult education and evidence-based learning.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of training employees across diverse industries and organisational levels, shaping leaders, strengthening teams, and supporting individuals on their learning journeys. My approach blends real-world relevance with interactive, learner-centred delivery. Whether I’m facilitating leadership programs, onboarding new hires, or conducting soft skills workshops, I ensure every session resonates, engages, and inspires action.
At the heart of my work is a simple belief: learning should adapt to people, not the other way around. I design every program with the learner in mind—meeting them where they are and helping them get to where they want to be.
